history: Skullette was often ousted from fun things with the other youths of Berk because of her logical mind, fascination with dragons and expertise in stealing/pocket picking so she oftenly wanders the forests of Berk to talk to herself and to dragon watch. one day when she was about 10 she stumbled across a monstrous nightmare nest with a single unattended egg that had not been visited by a parent dragon for some time, so feeling guilty she took it and kept it safe and warm, eventually the egg hatched an unusual black monstrous nightmare. after many years of care, feeding and teaching she has found herself with a smart, strong, loving dragon that will stick to his surrogate mother's side like glue earning him his name and a place in skullette's heart forever. the trust/bond between these two is unmatched by any other to date be it beast and master, rider and vehicle or spirit and nature
